i {heart} faces . . . blue

The theme this week at i {heart} faces is "blue". Blue has to be in the picture some where. I like how I captured our little man IN blue, but also FEELING blue.
If you would like to see more pictures of "blue" click the i {heart} faces button below.

One More . . . for now!

I added 2009 to this one to look like a little watermark.

More Cards!!

I've been making more card templates. This is just too much fun. Also, all cards can have a coordinating back; there is an example at the bottom of this post.
Have a blessed weekend!

i {heart} faces . . . completely candid

At our house, we rarely "pose" any pictures as my kids don't sit still too long, let alone how I place them. So, I just try to have my camera handy to catch their spontaneous moments like this. This is our little sunshine playing with her papa's hat, a sweet memory for me.
Have a blessed week!

Custom-Designed Photo Cards

Here are some of the Custom-Designed Photo Cards I have made . . .

Would you like me to make some for you?

For the last two years, we have actually received photo Christmas cards from friends that were EXACTLY the same (except the family photo of course); it was kind of funny. Over the past year I have learned how to design and make my own photo cards so I will be able to make an original one for our family. If you would like me to extend that courtesy to you, I'd be honored to help! If you are interested, just send me the photo you would like to use. I can either design a few and let you choose your own from those or you can tell me what kind of theme you would like (i.e. whimsical, classic, vintage, bold, modern, etc.) and I can design something per your request. Also, you can choose your own wording, totally custom and an original.

The cost? The price list is below is per one design, can be on linen or glossy paper and INCLUDES drop shipping directly to you!

4x4.5 cards with envelops
25 cards - $40
50 cards - $70
75 cards - $95
100 cards - $115
Each additional increment of 25 will be an additional $20

5x5 cards with envelops
25 cards - $45
50 cards - $75
75 cards - $100
100 cards - $120
Each addition increment of 25 will be an additional $20

5x7 cards with envelops

50 cards - $85
75 cards - $115

Each additional increment of 25 will be an additional $25

Don't have a current picture you want to use? If you are in the area, let's schedule a time to go take some pictures!

i {heart} faces . . . contemplative

This week at i heart faces, the theme is "contemplative". What could be more sweet than a grandpa and his granddaughter contemplating the severity of a skinned knee, which we all know is quite serious . . . being a good grandfather, he realizes this right a way to put her at ease. Well done, Papa!

If you would like to see more contemplation, click the i heart faces button below.

Have a blessed week!

First Day of Kindergarten!

This is the first day of our littlest guy's kindergarten. He had a lot of emotions going on this day so a smile wasn't very free-flowing. But, he enjoys school and is doing well. If you look in the lower left-hand corner, you can see the little toes of his little sister who will be following in his footsteps next year; and then, this mommy will be all alone and quite sad about that!
Head on over to i {heart} faces to se some more back to school pictures.

Cards!!!

Thanks to Kim Bear, I learned how to make photo cards. So, now I can design my own "specialty" cards for Christmas or new babies or birthdays, or whatever! YEAH! Thanks, Kim!

Story Board

My first story board, kind of fun!

Senior 2010, Card

I took one of my favorite pictures from our senior session, made it a little "hip" and added his graduation year and name.
