There are truly so many things that I love about photography. I love meeting new people, I love capturing beauty, or sadness or love. But what do I love the most? I love capturing the true personality of someone. I may do it often with people I don't know, but with friends, I know it the moment I take the shot . . . "Oh, that is SO her/him!" This is the afternoon with some family friends with whom we go way back. So, as I was editing this pictures, I noticed a smile subtly growing on may face as I thought about how precious they all are and how I captured THEM. It almost brings tears to my face . . . almost ;)
